i’ve bought two demo phones from techexchange two tears apart and they both appeared to be brand new. screens were unscratched, and not like when someone tells you it looks new, i mean literally no scratches. rest of the phone also great, even had those little plastic strips on the sides and the one on the screen and the back. also, the prices are great. :)

I purchased Samsung A30s Demo in 2021 November. Firstly I received best selling experience from Richard. When I had a problem that phone was locked, he was ready to send a courier guy to take my phone and replace it, but my brother managed to unlock it for me so I did not need to return it. I have my phone since then working perfectly.

Wow wow wow, I thought nothing could come close to Takealot when it comes to smooth and seemless online shopping . I bought a new IPhone from TechExchange recently. Firstly was the price of the phone substantially less than the iStore prices. The process to buy, pay and receive it was effortless. The phone was delivered within 3 business days. I was kept informed of the process daily until I received it. Delivery was done by Mr Courier basically to my door. I feel like 5 stars aren't enough to describe the excellent service I received from Tech Exchange (Richard). I bought a CPO phone from them yesterday Monday and I received in the next day (Tuesday) in literally less than 24 hours and I'm all the way in Cape Town! Exceptional service is guaranteed from them. Just like anyone, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing from them as I am in a different city however I'm glad I made this decision of buying from them. The phone doesn't even look used at all. It is scratch free and has a great battery life. I am really happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again.
